Mobile Audit has worked with non-profit organizations to provide web-based solutions and synchronized stand-alone applications that tied together disjointed audit processes, supported review board activities, and provided corrective action tracking that seamlessly integrated into existing systems. 

Mobile Audit's assistance in the non-profit arena includes a national accreditation agency that was overwhelmed by a manual, paper process that resulted in inefficiency and lack of overall program control.  The agency realized it needed to integrate technology into its audit process with a goal of automating data collection, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring quality improvement in the board of review process. Mobile Audit designed, built, and launched an end to end accreditation system that included components for field operations, report summaries, review board support, follow-ups, and corrective action tracking.  The end result was a timely and accurate monitoring and tracking product and process that has allowed the agency to meet its mandate of properly and effectively accrediting its organizations.
